Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

Privacy Resolve does not sell your personal information. Privacy Resolve does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use, disclose, or retain your personal information for any purpose other than the resolution-portal services described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not run third-party advertising on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site behavioral tracking tools. Cookies are limited to first-party, authentication-related session cookies.

Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of

California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because Privacy Resolve does not engage in either, no opt-out is required to honor that right. We also honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Your other privacy rights

You may still exercise the following rights regarding the personal information we hold about you in connection with your case:

  • Right to know what personal information we have collected
  • Right to access a copy of that personal information
  • Right to request correction of inaccurate information
  • Right to request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations for case records)
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

How to submit a request

If you are an active case recipient, the fastest way to submit a request is from inside your case portal — log in with the case code in your letter and use the contact panel.

Otherwise, contact us using any of the following:

We will respond within 45 days as required by applicable state privacy law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests; for case-related records, this is typically done through your case code.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you and may verify your identity directly.
