A letter is mailed to your business
Certified correspondence is sent to the business address of record. The letter contains a unique access code that opens your secure case portal.
You review the evidence
Inside the portal you can review the technical findings, the statutes at issue, the claimant’s identity, and the pre-litigation demand.
You choose how to resolve
Most matters resolve online without litigation. You may accept, propose your own terms, request remediation guidance, or invite your own counsel with authority to act for the business.
Sign, pay, and close the matter
The claimant has already signed the identity-complete agreement under a standing authorization. You or your authorized attorney signs, secure ACH payment becomes available after server verification, and the executed release is delivered through the portal.
