About

We resolve website privacy matters online,
without the courthouse when possible.

Privacy Resolve runs the technical scans, documents the matters, and operates the portal recipients use to review the evidence and resolve quickly. The goal is a signed mutual release, not a docket number.

Each demand identifies the claimant and the supporting evidence.

What this is

The work was already happening. It just needed better technology.

Plaintiffs have filed thousands of CIPA and federal Wiretap Act cases against website operators. Most settled, but the path was the same in every matter: a letter, a phone call to counsel, weeks of back-and-forth, eventually a release.

Privacy Resolve replaces the middle of that path with a portal. Recipients see the technical evidence on day one, talk to a real person if they want to, and close the matter online when the terms are right.

We are not a law firm. The claimant controls each matter. Recipients may involve attorneys of their own choosing at any time.

What we do, and what we don't

What we do

  • Technical scans of websites that capture trackers and the data they transmit
  • Evidence packaging and pre-litigation document preparation
  • The portal where recipients review evidence and respond
  • Mutual release drafting and signature collection
  • Phone and email support during business hours

What we don't

  • We don't take payment outside the portal; resolution is by ACH only
  • We don't present the portal as a court; unresolved matters may proceed to filing
  • We don't sell or share recipient data
  • We don't pursue matters without underlying evidence
  • We don't represent recipients; they may engage their own counsel
